Chervon Australia Pty Ltd ABN 36 165 077 501 and Chervon New Zealand Subsidiary Ltd NZBN 9429049277616 (“Chervon”) warrants to the original purchaser that this product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 2 years from date of purchase. An additional 1 Year (For a total of 3 Years) warranty is available with registration via or within 30 days of the original purchase.

To make a claim, return the faulty item together with proof of purchase directly to your closest service agent or to the place of purchase.

Any handling and transportation costs (and other expenses incurred in claiming this warranty) are not covered by this warranty and will not be borne by Chervon Australia or Chervon New Zealand. The replacement product or part or repaired product will be made available for your collection at an address nominated by Chervon Australia or Chervon New Zealand. Where a valid warranty claim is made by the original purchaser of the product, Chervon Australia or Chervon New Zealand will replace the defective product or repair the fault. Where the product is repaired, Chervon Australia or Chervon New Zealand may use refurbished parts.

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, abuse, or continuous industrial use. This warranty only applies to product purchased by you, inside Australia or New Zealand from authorised Australian or New Zealand FLEX dealers. This warranty may also be further limited or voided as specifically detailed in the product Manual. Chervon Australia or Chervon New Zealand has no other liability under this warranty.

The benefits to you given by this warranty are in addition to other rights and remedies imposed by State and Federal legislation that cannot be excluded. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law and the New Zealand Consumer Guarantee Act 1993.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase of a FLEX product in Australia or New Zealand for any reason, you can return it within 30 days from date of purchase for a full refund provided you have purchased it from an authorised FLEX Dealer.


The FLEX product must have been purchased from an authorised FLEX Dealer. The product must be returned at the purchaser’s expense to the Dealer it was originally purchased from. The product must be returned no later than 30 days after the date of purchase. The proof of purchase (invoice / receipt) needs to be presented when returning the product. All items listed on the packing list in the user manual of the product must be returned. If the product was purchased as a KIT, the original battery and charger must be returned with the product.

The returned product can have signs of being used, but needs to be clean, free of debris, stains and markings. If the product or any of the items supplied are returned damaged, missing, or in an unusable and/or poor condition (manufacturing defects excluded), the authorised Dealer may refuse a refund. If the product has been purchased as part of a promotion all parts received in the promotion must be returned in their original condition. The refund excludes any postage, handling or transportation costs. This offer excludes accessories, batteries and chargers sold separately and is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.


FLEX products can receive a tune up in the first 12 months if the product has been registered online within 30 days of the original purchase date.


The first 12 months product refresh only relates to products, it is not available on accessories, batteries, or chargers. This offer is a once only opportunity. The product must be registered online within 30 days of original purchase to be approved for the product refresh. The product refresh must be completed within a 30-day period from the 12 months anniversary date, failure to do so voids this offer.

The end-user needs to contact FLEX to find the location of the nominated agent to conduct the product refresh. Standard review and tune up will be conducted, any repair work to be conducted under warranty needs to be reviewed and approved. Any work conducted not covered by warranty will need to be quoted.

Actual work carried out will be dependant upon the product and the condition it is in and can be discussed at the time of making the booking.
